I am looking for a Christian girl between 20-23 to take over the rest of my lease. I will be moving in December and need someone to fill a bedroom as of January 1st. Rent is 380 a month and utlities usually run about 50-70 dollars, but will be significantly less over the winter and spring months. A security deposist of half a months rent is due upon signing a lease.
Currently there are 4 of Girls living in the house, and all of us are fulltime students at various colleges in the valley. We all attended church regularly and would like someone who lives a similar lifestyle. I will be graduating in December hence my reason for leaving. We are a relaxed bunch. So no smoking, drinking, or partying.
