I am looking for a someone to rent my downstairs bedroom out. My house is a split level and was built in 2005. It is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, 3 car garages, a 1,600 square foot house! It has a small fenced in back yard and decent front yard. Upstairs is the master bedroom, 2 other bedrooms, guest bathroom, kitchen and living room and balcony. The kitchen has all appliances. Downstairs is where the Bedroom is that I will be renting out which also has a standard closet, along with a HUGE bonus room with a bay window, that you can put whatever you want in. The downstairs has a bathroom with sink shower, and toilet, in the downstairs bathroom there are the brand new LG front loading washers and dryers which we will be sharing, so it needs to remain decently clean since that is the only space downstairs that we will be sharing. Downstairs is also attached to the 3 car garage, you will have a place to park in the garage.
I just moved into the house last month so a lot of stuff I am still moving in, and the yard is kind of a mess because there was no one living in the house for approx. 6 months before I moved in. A few things about me is that I am a 23 year old female who works 40 hours a week retail hours so I work a lot, I have a boyfriend who spends quality time at the house on a weekly basis. I will be getting a dog after the holidays, and I enjoy staying active and am close with my family. Other then that I would describe myself as normal!
