My husband & I are mature college students. My husband works at Goodyear Tire & Rubber & I'm a stay at home wife. We are both college student at Glendale Community College. We are not your typical college students. We don't party & get drunk. Friends & family call us "Old Farts". We pretty much stay to our selves. We don't have social gatherings at our home. We moved far from our families so no one comes over. If anything we go to their house. We have a beautiful two story home. It's a three bedroom, two in a half bathrooms, with a loft upstairs & a huge back yard. We've had roommates in the past. We're great people to get a long with. We are very open with everyone we meet. If there is ever a time when you need something we're always there for you. There has been times in the past when a roommate couldn't cover their part of the rent and/or utilities. We understand that this sometimes happens & with an advanced notice we cover it & it's not a problem. We do live pretty far out of the Valley but with the price we are looking for you can't beat that! We're located between Peoria & Cactus on Reems Road. We are a mile from Luke Airforce Base. We have the one bedroom available, it also has a walk-in closet & on top of that we have an office. The office is used not just by my husband & I but also you.
