Welcome!
Are you coming into the city but don't want to stay in an expensive hotel? Or, do you want to feel how it would be to live in a NYC home? We have 2 beautiful rooms for rent in our private home for $95 (sun-thurs) and $115 (fri, sat) per night per room that we are opening up to those who need a place to stay while visiting. There is no smoking in the house. You will have your own private room to stay with cable television. The bathroom is shared and is always kept very clean. The rooms are small but very cozy and each have their own distinctive look. One room is more Vintage where the other room is more Victorian. I decorated both these rooms myself. All your fresh towels and linens are provided. Wireless is available free of charge. There is plenty of street parking should you decide to rent a car or drive down. The area is very safe and you can feel comfortable coming in late at night. We do have a friendly dog. The house is 5 minutes from LaGuardia airport and about 15 minutes from JFK. *Due to the increase of scams, we will no longer be accepting personal checks or money orders for the deposit. Only bank checks or western union will be accepted. The balance must be paid in cash upon arrival. Limit 2 people in each room.

Rates for December 24-January 3 will be $200 per night.
