I am a 29 year old single mother.I have an eight year old daughter who will live with me full time(possibly only on weekends starting December).I would like to rent one room with full house priviliges.I am drug free but I do smoke cigarettes and drink occasionally.I am 420 friendly although I rarely do it myself.I have a very ecclectic taste in music but generally relate to punk.For work I am a special needs nanny and for hobbies I enjoy dancing,cooking,yoga,and fashion design.I am very laid back and open minded.I cannot live with somebody who is not clean and who does not pitch in a fair share of the household work.I am looking for more than a roommate but a friend who enjoys hanging out together when ever possible.It must be a healthy environment for children.I am not religious nor am I judgemental.I need to live with some one who can openly communicate both the good and the bad without tension or defensiveness.I have a happy dispositon for life and I am very outgoing and silly,so is my daughter.We are fun to be around and hope that you will be too.It would be nice to live with some one who doesn't mind babysitting from time to time and buliding a friendship with my little girl.My current room mate picks my daughter up from day care at 6:30 p.m. during the week and if you are willing to help me with this I can pay an extra fee to you each month.I have no preference on a male or female room mate.So if you're looking for an easygoing,punk rock mama with incredible cooking skills who loves to feed her roomies and is open minded to all walks of life and religions and keeps a tidy house..I'm your girl.Just think of me as Monica from Friends with lots of tattoos,crazy colored hair and an incredibly cool kid.
