Hi, my name is Amanda and I am 23 years old. I am looking for a female roommate to share a 3 bedroom one bath home with me. One bedroom is available and the other is designated as an office type space. Rent is 397.50 per month and utilities generally range from 75 to 100 dollars. The house is located just past Warren Wilson and a 10 to 15 minute drive to Asheville. There is off-street parking, a washer and dryer, wood and carpeted floors, a back screened in porch, a back patio and a shed for storage. The house also has a decent sized yard and is a very peaceful place to live! It's getting down to crunch time and I am hoping to get a roommate in on the first of December. I'm looking for a female nonsmoker or outside smoker due to allergies. First months rent and security is due at time of move in. Landlord requires a $25 application fee as well. No drug-users or heavy partiers please. I'm looking for a clean and respectful roommate to share my home! Also, I am open to having a small dog in the house but it requires approval from the landlord and a pet deposit of $300.
