Hi, my name is Dan. So I'm a 22 year old bachelor with my own condo and an 13 month old baby boy who is looking to find a trustworthy and respectable roommate. I need someone who is clean, quiet, and and reliable. I work full time and I have 50 percent shared custody of my son who stays with me half the time. I need to find someone decent that I can trust not to screw me over because I can't afford to be let down, because I am a decent hard working guy trying to provide the best life he can for his baby boy and I don't need any distractions or obstacles in my way in achieving that goal. Like I said, I own my own condo on the east side of town, off of Turpin. It's a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, about 800 sq. feet, on the 3rd floor, with all basic utilities and household items included. (brand new washer and dryer in the condo). The rent is $555 and the security deposit is negotiable. I'm hoping to find someone to move in on the 1st of December because my current roommate is moving out. Preferably I'd like to find a non-smoker with no animals. I'm looking for someone who is really serious in helping out and finding a nice stable place to stay, so hopefully we can work together and meet both our needs.
