Must be a non-smoker! You will have a room to yourself with the use of main bath, kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and balcony. I am a neat person but if you are meticulous then you will have to clean regularly because I do it occasionally, on the other hand, I don't want a slob! I work a lot and may come in after midnight regularly and I leave by 8 am during the week. I try to sleep in on the weekends. I go to chuch every Sunday. I eat out mostly so the kitchen won't be stocked. I am not the party type in fact I am closer to being a recluse.
